Study, Research, and Custom Programs Abroad (SRAS) runs study abroad programs in Armenia, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Uzbekistan, and Poland. Russian language is offered in most locations. Students can also study conflict, cybersecurity, diplomacy, geopoloitics, history, identity, literature and film, security studies, and sustainability studies.
Department of State's Critical Language Scholarship offers a completely funded oppurtunity for students to study Russian abroad during the summer. Students must have completed one year of studying Russian and display an interest in a career using Russian- students who have completed WLC 101-103 are eligible. This is a competitive oppurtunity. Applications are due mid-November.
