WLC 310 Culture of Italy Class Trip to Flour House

Students in WLC 310 Culture of Italy took a class trip to local San Luis Obispo Italian restaurant Flour House.

Italian minor advisor and instructor Teresiana Matarrese and her WLC 310 class visited Flour House on November 14 in downtown San Luis Obispo. The students had the chance to talk with Alberto, the chef who shared his Italian background and taught the students the secrets of making Neapolitan Pizza.

Students expressed how helpful it was to interact with people in the community that could teach them about Italian culture.
